Salmon has seriously been my go-to food the past few weeks. I can’t get enough of it. I’m probably preparing mine in a rather boring fashion, but I’m not terribly creative in the kitchen. I usually drizzle a little oil, add some sort of citrus as a bed, then salt and pepper, and a few bay leaves. It is super filling though, and some salmon, couscous, and avocado has become the staple meal for me.
