Since having a baby right before the start of summer, I’ve been trying to make better food choices for myself, and Lilly. Luckily I’ve been blessed with a three year old who will eat fruits, and even asks for broccoli. I’m opting for color, freshness, and variety. My best friend is super creative in the kitchen, and she came up with home made Poptarts, using wheat flour. Some she filled with applesauce, and some with homemade strawberry jam. They are delish.
